HISTORY

The story of Arkarina Seafood begins with the establishment of Ulam Seafood Restaurant in Nusa Dua Bali in 1986 by Mr. Wayan “Ulam” Budarmaja. Carrying the concept of Indonesian Seafood, Ulam Restauran offers delicious dishes through a combination of fresh seafood with Indonesian spices.

With a mission to preserve, develop and popularize local seafood resources, the 2nd generation of Ulam Restauran formed Arkarina Seafood, which focuses on exporting shrimp and tuna to foreign countries. This is expected to accommodate local fishermen to be more developed and advanced and it is a pride for Ulam Restauran and Arkarina Seafood to be able to contribute to increasing shrimp and tuna cultivation from local fishermen to the international arena through exports.

PROCESS

Our skilled and experienced staff ensure that the shrimp processing system complies with
national and international food safety standards by strictly following the instructions and regulations.

Washing

Then carefully washed in a clean and hygienic room to remove dirt and prevent opportunities for bacteria to grow.

Cutting

The cutting process is carried out by experienced staff carefully and thoroughly with clean cutting tools in order to obtain the best
cut shape with consistent size and proportion

Weighing

The shrimp pieces are then weighed quickly, precisely and recorded by competent and experienced staff. Afterwards, the shrimp pieces are carefully packaged to prevent them from folding or deforming when removed from the cold storage room.

Storage

The final process is storage, where all products that have been properly packaged are tidied up and boxed according to the label and product category.
